Our team, including Wade and Dan, recently responded to an urgent callout in Griffin. The wastewater system in a 14-building townhouse complex had failed. This had quickly turned into an emergency and needed to be dealt with ASAP.
With multiple homes affected, immediate action was essential to prevent serious damage. Wade and Dan quickly assessed the situation and coordinated an emergency pump-out service with Fortress Liquid Waste to relieve pressure on the wastewater system and clear the blocked drains.
Once the wastewater system was safe and stabilised, Wade and Dan entered the tank and with the help of a qualified electrician, removed and replaced the failed pumps. This ensured that the wastewater system could be restored safely and efficiently.
